You can always find your order in your Ticketmaster Account.
Some fans have multiple accounts with different email addresses. Make sure you sign in to our website with the correct email address or check the correct mailbox.
Did you enter an incorrect email address or an email address that's no longer in use when placing your order? You can sign in with the (incorrect) email address and your password. If you've forgotten your password, you can click "Forgot Password" and request a code via SMS. The code can be used to sign in again.
- 1. Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
2. Tap My Tickets -> Upcoming Events to locate your order.
3. Tap your order and view your tickets.
4. Tap Print to download or print the tickets. This step is optional; you can also scan the QR codes directly from your mobile phone.

I can't find my order in my Ticketmaster account
Do you not see the order in your account? Please contact us and include your order number or customer number in your message. If you don't know the order- or customer number, please include the payment reference in your message. This is a 18-digit code starting with 2 or 3. If you can't find this code, then please send us the reference with the letters JB in the middle, for example 01234567JB12345670106.
If you have used a creditcard or other payment method, please include order date, the exact amount (in euro's) debited and the kind of payment method.
I've lost my tickets and the event is about to start.
To ensure we can assist, please contact us well ahead of the event. If you're at the venue and the event is about to start, please report to the box office.
