If you don't know the order- or customer number, please include the payment reference in your message. This is a 18-digit code starting with 2. If you can't find this code, then please send us the reference with the letters JB in the middle, for example 01234567JB12345670106.
If you have used a creditcard or other payment method, please include order date, the exact amount (in euro's) debited and the kind of payment method.
You can always find your order in your Ticketmaster Account.
If you have etickets, Mobile tickets or Digital tickets, there's no need to download these and you can have the tickets scanned directly from your account at the venue.
