It is not possible to cancel tickets after you purchased them, but there are a few exceptions:
- The event has been cancelled of rescheduled and you have purchased tickets before the event was rescheduled. Please follow the instructions in the mail to request a refund.
- If you have purchased a cancellation insurance and cannot attend the event due to a covered reason. Please note: a cancelation insurance can only be used if you're a Dutch resident.
Don't have an insurance and unable to use these tickets? Check whether you can list your tickets for resale. Go to My Tickets, open the order and click on 'sell'.
