Since our system is configured for the sales of tickets, all parts of your order are seen as tickets. Therefore the number of tickets which is mentioned in the confirmation is the total of items you have ordered. Membershiptickets, upgrades and extra's like gift envelopes, t-shirts, programme books, MP3's, etc. are included in the total number of tickets in your confirmation. We are working on a new confirmation which mentions these items seperately.
Transaction costs for Ideal and creditcard payments are not charged bij the bank to the customer, but to the company (in this case Ticketmaster). These costs can be charged by the company to the customer. Ticketmaster can, in consultation with the promotor, deside to show these costs seperately or to include these costs in the service costs.
On our website or at our Call Center, we only accept our Ticketmaster Giftcard. Our outlets however are free to decide which gift coupons they accept. You can ask at the outlet of your choice if and which gift coupons are accepted. Click here for an overview of our outlets.
